for the first time being posting at any hospital, actually this is the first time i feel really tired.
this week is the most busy compared to before. i think it because lack of staff at department. furthermore it less student than before. since KLMU student finish their posting, need 2 weeks for another student replacement. so tired since there a lot cases to treat but there a less staff and student can handle it.
next monday, new KLMU student arrive so there will be a less of tension. haha.
that's enough for today. i wan to sleep. i think physiotheraphy student needed to refer physio because we all start to sick. haha :)). nite nite minna :D
